Editor/contributor Paul McComas is or has been the instructor of the sixteen other contributors to this anthology, fourteen of whom first studied with him in the Minicourse Program at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. (The other two first studied with him at Lawrence University’s Bjorklunden summer seminar program in Door County, Wisconsin.) All are also present or past students in his privately-run Advanced Fiction Writing workshop. Published with a grant from Northwestern University.
